How long does it take to receive my items?
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over RM150. For domestic orders under RM150, a standard flat rate of RM 9 applies. For express domestic shipping within Klang Valley, kindly email us for expedited shipping rates and these rates are to be borne by customer.
All international orders attract a RM 45 flat rate and is free for orders above RM 500.
How do I know my order went through?
You will know that your order has been successfully processed once you receive a confirmation email with an order confirmation number. If you do not receive this email, there may have been a problem with your order. You can contact our sales team for clarification here.
How do I know my order has been dispatched?
Once we send out your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. You can then proceed to track your order with the respective courier service.
Once I have placed an order, can I make changes?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes to your order once it has been placed. All orders are final upon payment. However, you may make as many changes to your shopping cart prior to paying.
I need my item tomorrow. Is this possible?
You can get your item the day after you place the order if you are within Klang Valley with expedited shipping. However, all expedited shipping costs need to be borne by the customer. If you have an urgent shipping request please contact our sales staff email@example.com.
What about Self-collect for Singaporeans during Raya 2019?
Only for Raya 2019, one of our team members will “balik kampung” and be in Singapore on the 3rd and 4th of June 2019. You will be contacted through Whatsapp closer to the date to arrange time slots to pickup.
Handling Fees of RM 15 – A fee of RM 15 is collected to cover handling fees of bringing the scarves over + GST taxed upon arrival.
Options to pay COD are applicable with a RM 1 to SGD 0.4 exchange rate ( handling fees have already been accounted for)
Is there a delay during busy periods?
Often during Sales and Eid, your order might be slightly delayed by a few days. however we will endeavour to get all orders out as soon as possible. At times, there are also glitches with Poslaju/ Pos Malaysia server which may cause unexpected delays. If you have any questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
