WHAT can be returned?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns/exchanges if:
- Damage to product during shipment which shows significant damage to packing materials, packaging and product.
- Manufacturing defect such as tears, seam unraveling, metal tag detachment, wrong dimensions and others
- Errors in printing/manufacturing
- Other defects not limited to those mentioned above.
All returns should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org and are treated on a case-to-case basis.
All inner caps cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
All refunds can only be made via store credits.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You are able to return any items within 14 days of the original purchase date. This period excludes shipping transit time.
HOW do customers return items?
- Email email@example.com with (Return/Exchange – your order number) as the subject heading.
- Once we’ve agreed for return/exchange, kindly pack the items neatly for shipping.
- Ship the return package with a courier of your choice. (Address will be provided through email)
- Once shipped, email us your tracking number and we will be in contact with you once we’ve processed your return.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping for returns is paid for by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage on any orders unless goods supplied are faulty or incorrectly provided.
CREDIT for returns?
For refunds, we will return the funds to your customer account via store credits. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
For exchanges, we will process your exchanged item and ship them as soon as possible. Normal delivery and shipping time frame applies. Please note, exchanges do not include the cost of return postage.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items will not be accepted for return if they are stained, worn, soiled or modified from their original condition.
